Lost Registrations and customer support
You must send your replace code request to our customer service department and follow our directions below. It may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 days to get a response from us. If you would like to get a faster response, fill out as much info below as you can. You are here at this page because one of the following has happened: 1. You got a new computer and your registration code has changed. If you aren't here for any of these reasons, go back to the main page Basically you are here because the code changed for some reason and you have purchased it and you need to register it again. Here is what you need to do: Copy and paste your receipt (shown below) in the body of your email. If you don't know how to do this, click here. Your receipt will look like this:
When you email me with this copy of the receipt copied INTO THE BODY OF THE EMAIL, also include your NEW REGISTATION CODE or CODES and a brief explanation of what happened.
