How To Delete a Program

There are 2 ways to do this. You can DOWNLOAD our automatic cleanser and run it. It will show you a list of all the programs and you can choose which ones you want to delete. This program will scan your whole hard drive and delete the program. This is a good tool to use if you aren't sure you have the latest version and want to make sure you have deleted everything. If you would like to manually delete the programs, read below.

There are several methods to uninstall (or delete) a program in Windows®. Here is one of the most common.

1. Click on the Start button, choose Control Panel.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Add or Remove Programs.
   
   
   
   
3. If the program you wish to delete is listed in the box, click on it and then choose the Remove button.
   
   

Removing the Icons.

The deletion process may remove the programs but leave the shortcut icons on your Start/Programs menu or Desktop. To get rid of these icons...

1. Right click the start button and select Open.
   
   
   
   
2. Double Click the Programs Folder (and any other folders) until you see the shortcut icon for the program you have just deleted.
   
   
   
   
3. Right click this icon and select Delete.
