First you need to download the picture. Here are the 2 download links. Either one will work fine:

BadgeHelp Background in .JPG format (smaller file)

When you download this file, Run it and when you see the picture up on your screen:

RIGHT CLICK on it and then click Set as Background. It will then look like this:
