playing on hard have speed set 2 notches from the left. It played 15 puzzles. 4 without using any hints, 6 using 2 hints, 4 using 3 hints, 1 i had to finsih. the average time is 3 min per. this is a much better. ty

Well still needs more tweaking Oscar. No hate mail just trying to help out so you will know what is going on. Can not leave it alone, still have to babysit it.
Gets stuck and now won't use the hints sometimes to get unstuck. Will not connect right again. Some does fine then nothing, just sits there until I move the rest of the pieces to finish the puzzle.

This is for version 1.5 No hate mail though, just another TSR. Oscar and crew you are doing great on working on this, I am grateful. Managed to solve puzzles on hard level with very few hints used, 3 times, hooray. Time was four minutes so can't complain. However, it still messes up on master/elite level. Few more tweaks and it should be good to go.

I was able to get the THRILL SEEKER badge for 50 random puzzles really quickly. I played 50 puzzles on easy, JIGSAW GPS won all 50 puzzles.

I am now back in adventure mode, playing NORMAL puzzles. I am starting the trial at Rank 6, 50% TNR. I will run the program while I am at work. I will post my results later.

A lot of improvement. I really like how it solves the inside first. The only suggestion I would make if a tweak is necessary, is that when it goes back to the "TO DO" pile, it would go back to the reference picture. The few times it uses hints are when it tries to match the TO DO pile to a part of a puzzle covered by a misfit piece. This is a trivial concern as long as it is winning puzzles and making ranks!!!

I have downloaded 1.5 ver. Still having some issues with the program hanging up and not being able to locate where the piece should go. I have to finish the puzzle. Keep up the awsome work. We all know that you are staying on top of things.

I know that Car55 found the information about the THRILL SEEKER badge, but I will post it here for anyone else that might want it.

When you complete 50 RANDOM puzzles, you get another in game badge. Not really a secret badge, but one that you can get really easily. JIGSAW GPS allows you to play RANDOM puzzles. Make sure that you start with the SETTING checked before working on puzzles. You may have to start the first puzzle and then let JIGSAW GPS take over.

Hi there Oscar and crew,

Initial tests on version 1.5. Results: this puppy is the bomb so far. GREAT job. Ran it on 3 puzzles each on easy, normal and hard. On easy level, completed all 3 puzzles in 1 minute or less, but used 1-3 hints each time. On normal, completed each of the puzzles (3 of them) in 1 minute using no hints. On Hard level, completed each of the three puzzles in 1 minute (according to the text at the bottom); 1 puzzle with no hints, 1 with 1 hint and the other with 2 hints. Have not run it on Master or elite levels yet.

I am running Vista, IE7 and running with the classic theme. Just FYI there.

AWESOME improvement over previous releases. Great job and look forward to more. As always, great appreciation and thanks for your efforts and time.

Did some further testing... 1.5 still hate Master and Elite levels., even on medium it is using hints but nothing like it used to. I have noticed when the puzzle has large sections of solid colored areas, it tends to not place the piece right away, but more often then not will place them on the second go round.

Kudos on the latest version of JigsawGPS. It's gotten the Adventurer and Thrillseeker badges, lots of tokens and is ranking up nicely.
Still holding at 4 minutes for hard puzzles, 3 minutes on easy, saving hints till the end so it doesn't run out.
Sometimes it can't find the preview and it won't finish a puzzle on elite or master.
Feel the love, this is a BIG improvement!

Still using a lot of hints. On one it screwed it up so bad I had to help it out. I am in adventure mode, on hard level. still needs a babysitter. But I know you will get it. Keep up the great job.

Client 1.5 seems to be running smoothly - I ran it yesterday in Windows Vista, and it worked well on hard level (still doesn't like the higher levels) - I switched it over to my windows XP computer to let it run all night - woke up this morning and client still working - through all these diff't changes, I have been able to advance so far to rank 40, while recieving the thrill, and adventure badge. thanks for all you hard work.

Ran a little test this morning. Let it run totally untouched from rank 16 to 17.. 18 Total puzzles, 29 total minutes, 100% completion. 2 puzzles used 3 hints, 2 used 2 hints and 4 used 1 hint... the rest were completed the first time through and each puzzle was completed in 1 minutes time (according to the scrolling text) with the rest of the time being used up by jackpot spins, location selection and new locations being discovered. Noticed no hangups, no problems in selecting puzzles from the map and no missing of the preview. Still noticed that with areas of solid colors that it will not always place it the first time around, but does place them, even with hints.. These were done on normal mode. From the looks of things, it seems it will do the same in easy and hard levels. Looking forward to the master and elite support. Great job.

1.5 is not working for me at all on any speed. After the magnet has cleared the pieces from the drawer it can't read the preview picture and, if it does get that far, it doesn't place the puzzle pieces in their right place and just stops altogether after a few minutes so i have to manually exit the game and exit GPS and then start them both up again. I'm getting tired of doing this and am not getting any progress in the game right now as this can't be left alone to run in my absence. Please please rework GPS so i can start earning some rank badges. By the way I am running Vista. Look forward to seeing 1.6 out there very soon.

Did some more testing one hard level this time. Once again, running great, fast and without needing to be watched. Completes hard puzzles in about 1 minute, uses hints occasionally, little more often then on normal level, but completes each puzzle. Again, awesome job on this release.

Version 1.5, running Windows XP, Adventure mode, Hard level. Still using a lot of hints. One puzzle again could not be solved at all. I finally had to do it myself after it tried 4 times. For me - version 1.5 does well (on both vista and XP) - I was able to complete all 50 ranks while playing on hard level with the client set for the highest click speed - it completes most puzzles in 1-3 minutes - The client has been running without freezing up (including while I was sleeping) - I am letting it continue to run, since I have the 5000 badge to complete (already at 4000 game points) - thanks for all the attention that you have been giving this client this week.

WI gotta agree with the people that think this 1.5 is awesome, have had very few issues and have it running on fastest speed playing on normal when I leave it alone ,and it is working fantastic, it will play on hard also by it self, but got tired of reading the crap peeps was saying about hard puzzles be finished in 1 minute
which is not possible on your own, and pogo stopped the scrolling of the peeps time on easy and normal, so i just let it play a few extra puzzles and its fine with me.kudos to you guys,thanks again.

ey there once again Oscar.

I switched it over to randowm puzzle mode, 25 on normal and 25 on hard. It selected all puzzles and completed them all. Only on 1 puzzle did it use all 5 hints, but for the most part it would complete them with no hints. One little curious thing that I have noted is that if you change the difficulty level between games (with the client paused), it teands to not work normally. I shut down the agent and load it and it will work perfectly. I mean regardless of difficulty level, the agent will get the badges and ranks. If I notice any other little things, will be sure to let you know.

I love this client in VISTA. It is not placing any pieces in WINDOWS 2000, so I will have to run both screennames on the VISTA machine.

I have not cut TSR for 1.5 in WINDOWS 2000, but I have cut them for just about every other version. You should have the information, it does not change.

ONE SMALL REQUEST if you do an upgrade. Please have it start a new game if it opens the drawer more than 3 times. Occasionally, it will get stuck on a puzzle and just keep cycling for hours on end. It is quite frustrating to go to sleep and find that you solved three puzzles. Does not happen all the time.

Also, I will make sure that I am playing on NORMAL and not change the difficulty level after I launch JIGSAW GPS. I think this has been causing me my issues. As for Cindy;s point, she is dead on about Pogo complainers. Dial your game to NORMAL and they will not see any messages. LOL

JigsawGps is slowing down despite restarting the agent at different difficulty levels and also changing rooms. The winning percentage has gone from 100% to 80%. I've done all the cookie and temp files, rebooted, and am only running the agent, pogo, and Windows XP using IE7.
Also, any plans for updates to complete puzzles at higher difficulty levels even if it is using longer times?

I sent the TSR for JIGSAW GPS 1.5 not placing any pieces at all in OS WINDOWS 2000. While I have had success in VISTA, JIGSAW GPS in any release has done nada for me in WINDOWS 2000. (I am ready to do CROSSLOOPS on this.

I have to say this is frustrating. 1.5 does not work for me at all. I have tried slow speed, different levels and I cannot get it to read the previews or it uses all the hints and basically this cheat is useless to me. I have bought over 15 from this site and they work great! This one needs more work please!!!

I'm moving along nicely with 1.5. I would like to have it complete elite and master puzzles especially to get the final badge for 5000 game points. It also gets the "can't read preview " error message sometimes.

Tammy, the 150 club is a great deal. I bought a lot of the programs on one of my computers. When I got a new comuter I purchased the 150 club for that machine and I am very happy that I did. Should have done it on my older computer before I spent many more $$$ then the 150 club costs.

There is a site that shows all of the ranks for every badge. However, it does not report how many puzzles per rank. Also, I am only in the teens, so I do not know how many.

I have sent a TSR but wanted to let you know here as well that the "can't read preview" error is coming up more frequently. When it comes up jigsaw GPS just keeps clicking the tray and will not hit the back button to start a new puzzle.

I've reached rank 49. I'm not getting anywhere so far I've done 618 puzzles still no rank 50. I think I'm stuck in the random mode and get find a way out???? My agent is set for adventure. I did notice it will not play many puzzles in Treasure category. I been doing them by hand. IF anyone has information what is needed for rank 49 to 50 Please post! Any information would be helpful at this point. Note... to all of you that are stuck in random mode on rank 47 etc... POGO put us in locked mode for using agent! PPL were being cry babies. Good Luck to all that have this badge!!!! Til POGO takes us out of random mode we will not ever get the last badge or any badges in the game! Pissed is not a word I'm using in my head right now. But, I did pull up my panties and move on LOL

Thanks for the warning. I noticed last night that I wasn't getting my tokens and thought it was a glitch when I completed a second adventure in one day. I wonder if switching to normal or easy level instead of hard would make any difference for that last badge and the 5000 badge. I never see the people completing puzzles in 1 or 2 minutes completing adventures.
Suggestions anyone?

Thanks AngelNC. Think I'll go slow on that game and see if that helps. There is a lot of nasty chat in those rooms so I'm not surprised that Pogo took steps. Hopefully, it will quiet down soon. Although in the long run they are selling more badges, downlodable games etc to us so Pogo does earn $$$$. Hope they don't bite us. Appears some of the new games coming will make it harder to play autos without being noticed.

Sorry to say this when I know you have all the new game releases to deal with but, I think there are some changes in Jigsaw Treasure Hunter and 1.5 is stuck all over the place.I've been playing on easy and for short periods of time because of things people have listed in the blog. That being said... Here is the list:only plays 1-2 puzzles before shutting down, can't read preview, the preview is in lower right hand corner,keeps moving stacks without placing pieces, when a puzzle is solved the right lower corner piece can't be placed, when you pause auto to place a piece after hints run out then auto must be restarted. Also, client is not running as smoothly as before. Again, sorry for this and thanks for the great job.

I had the same problem as AngelNC did, am stuck on rank 47 and am locked out of adventure mode to try to get to rank 50. I also ran for another person, started at rank 22, adventure 23, got up the next morning and she was still at rank 22 but advanced to adventure 28. Seems POGO has indeed locked the adventure button for those running this agent.

Is there anything you can do to reconfigure this agent to get around pogo?
Also, I have noticed that when you are playing the new bingo game and enter a speedy multi card room after the game starts pogo gives no credit for game. Glitch or problem? Just putting it out there FYI.
