Seems to be completing the puzzle now but uses the hints to complete because as soon as the upper right hand corner is placed it becomes out of line and uses the hints to complete, what is left from the board, if it uses all 4 hints it will start the game all over again. Still needs babysitting on some, can not leave it alone still at this point

1.3 seems to be worse that 1.2, now I have seen 5 pieces that were connected. Pulled into your initial to do pile. When you use the magnet to adjust that pile you are bringing already played pieces into the pile, and then program gets very very confused. I think you may need to develope more than one pile. It appears that the more pieces you put into a single pile it spreads out. Then it corrupts parts of the puzzle you have already built. Do you want screen captures of this problem.

This one is consistently moving large, correctly placed pieces of the puzzle into the improper place and then is unable to correct it. I have had 7 stalls due to this in 11 attempts. Major babysitting in this one - shut it down for the night.

Another example of a wasted hint, one piece left, and program needs a hint. This time lower left corner. Piece was in the follow up pile, but apprently couldn't or wouldn't check that piece could go into lower left corner.

Works OK in Vista in Normal level, but uses a hint at least once half way through, and almost every time on the last one or two pieces. Still gets confused on Hard, but does complete more puzzles than previous versions. Overall, this version has made some progress. Thanks for the effort you and your team are giving on this one, Oscar.

Well i gotta say so far the best working one was 1.1 i downloaded 1.2 earlier, and man it was bad missed pieces dropped the puzzles almost completely off the screen and then you would have to reset it, still had to babysit, got so agitated with it that i restored my computer back to earlier time so i could get the 1.1. back it runs pretty good on vista, i can't leavve it for long periods of time, but once it is set and starts it seems to be the best sofar, and i have Vista on all my PCs now also. and i have to say that last night i actually got it to play on master and finished a puzzle in 8:34 that was pretty good considering.

Running time 4 hours 14 mins only got 3 ranks ahead. not finishing the games because pieces are not connecting and using all the hints starting games over. when moving the pieces all to the right to start it doesnt move all of them high enough up and then all pieces dont connect, then some that will connect, it will then move connected ones all to the bottom of page and then will start the game over because it gets confussed. Still having problems in XP that are the same as Pluto is experiencing. Have sent another TSR. Sorry that this program is causing you all at BH so many problems, you do great work and I know you will find the answer.

JigSawGPS seems like a Nightmare on Elm Street. I tried to play on Normal, interesting thay you are trying to use a different strategy, but it also has problems. Personally I think a consistent strategy should be used in all levels of play. But I am biased. I know you all will work it out.

I have to agree with some of the others - I had no problem with version 1.1 - and now with 1.3 (on both vista and xp) am experiencing problems - and then the client shuts itself down - telling me it incurred an error - very frustrating....... but I have no doubt, as you have with other clients, that this will eventually work out..

I wished i wouldnt have downloaded 1.3,
i went to cook came back and my game was stuck for 38 minutes on hard level
1.1 worked great for me

1.3 hardly ever finishes a puzzle. Gets confused with maybe five pieces left. 1.1 was by far the better one. I need it back--HELP. The game is awesome and I love what you have done, just needs some helpful pampering.
