Now the pieces are not going together it slips off and I have to go in and place it right.

Still having problems with 1.1 in IE7, it stops short of finishing the puzzle and I have to finish it by hand. On the next puzzle it uses all its hints and then has to reset. Still slows down and keeps searching although there are only a few pieces left. All this on hard level, it does somewhat better on Normal.

I'm having the same problems as Dee...it finishes about 1 in every 6-7 games...it plays the pieces down to the last few...it uses all the hints and then I have to stop it and finish it myself.

JIGSAW GPS 1.1 is solving a lot of puzzles playing in VISTA. It got to rank 7 in short order. It also got me the adventurer badge. I will be running it tonight on a different Pogo account to test overnight stability.
JIGSAW GPS 1.1 does the following things correctly. If it gets stuck, it starts a new game. It uses all the hints. It tries to place pieces from the Top margin of the puzzle (center) to the play area in an effective manner.
JIGSAW GPS 1.1 is very sensitive. If you pause and try to help it along, it will make a mess of the next puzzle, even if it sees the jackpot spin. Also, on occasion it will look like it is really stupid on a puzzle. However, it will either solve it or start a new game. Good enough for me.
I will try to cut you a TSR for WINDOWS 2000. Just like all previous versions in WINDOWS 2000, it gathers all the pieces and then sites there doing nothing. I am doing something else on the WINDOWS 2000 computer, so I cannot test it now.
Thanks for your efforts. I am looking forward to see how many badges I can get overnight in VISTA.

I submitted a TSR for JIGSAW GPS 1.1 in VISTA. It played fine for the first 20 puzzles. But I woke up to find it stuck on a puzzle. It sat there, stuck on the puzzle for 407 minutes. This is more than 6 hours, nearly 7. On the next installment, can JIGSAW GPS have a feature to start a new puzzle after 10 minutes?
Again, thanks for all the work.

Oscar, I tried 1.1 and it is awesome! It does not work well with mostly "blue" puzzles (sky, water, etc.). It is very sensitive as Joe says, if you pause and try to help it along it gets confused on the next puzzle. I ran it overnight and just left it alone, and went from rank 14 to almost 20 on hard level. The speed could be adjusted as it plays rather slow, especially on hard-master levels. Thanks for all your efforts in getting this agent to respond!!
