   WOW, THANK YOU "badgehelp" for the FAST information on minigolf update. I am most impressed with just receiving the update information.
   Also I tried out the new Sweettooth update. IT IS GREAT!!! I tried it out on several games and it was VERY GOOD and you could see it trying hard to get the gold coins. Thank You for the FANTASTIC update. Keep up the great job. Hope to see more updates soon on old programs not working. Again TY for letting us know.

   Hey Oscar not sure what happen to the blog part for the shipshape cheat but am using version 1.4 and am rank 26 now am finding that it has trouble using the harpoon powerup if there are very few shots left it just sits there until game kicks you out can you please look at this one thanks but other then that it kicks butt and ranks up very nicely too
   
   P.S please please oscar can you start with some updates on some of the older ones that don't work very well thanks and keep up the good work too

   Right Oscar, and I am the Pope. over 4 weeks and no updates. We needed an update for Mahjong to do the flowers and didn't get it. Richard i really dont know what your deal is but i hope he does take that post down.let me tell you something i have every pogo game ranked out !!!!! other then the crown for poker but thats not the cheats fault. i think you really need to do something with your puter or something. oscar i love your site and nothing can make me leave ya ...so b/c i cant swear lol i will just tell richard to bug off!!!!!!

    SURE IS FUNNY THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT FEELS CHEATED. IF HE WOULD LEAVE THE POSTS ON YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT. AND "OH MY" TRY READING "ALL" THE POSTS THAT ARE WROTE, NOT JUST MINE. There are MANY very unhappy people and you can not get an answer or update. I am ranked out in almost every game also. What is your point!! Being ranked out does not mean there isn't a problem with the cheats. The only time you get an answer from these people is when you p-i-s-s them off!! And again there are MANY un happy people and can get NO answers!!!! MANY

    Considering that we have over a million downloads per month, a few posts about problems are a drop in the bucket. We are still concerned with that very small percentage. You don't see the big picture.

    I also have all game badges ranked out except the highest rated rank(which b/h cheat does not play well enough to play rated) in pinochle. And diner dash(which cannot earn enough to rank up)and operation mania( which was working great and just quit, now will only transfer patients)So if I am only having problems with these 3 I would also say b/h is doing a great job.Considering how many cheats they have out.So Oscar, please put operation mania and diner dash on your menu of repairs. Oh I also want to add I purchased a new computer that Oscar recommended to play his cheats. Does great. Thank you Oscar for being there.

    Hello Oscar, How about just answers, give us true times(at least close) Diner Dash? Operation? Dominoes? There are several others that just do not work. How about a chart saying first we are going to fix this auto.. then this one. We paid for them, they don't work. Any other business would either fix the problem or give a full refund. We are not asking for anything abnormal. I do think you guys do a great job when you want to. But please, the reason we all invested in your company is because you kept updating and fixing problems. (other companys did not) We just ask for what we pay for.. Very simple. If you can't fix a program, fine, let us know, give us a credit for another , do something, Please , we just ask to not be ignored. thanks Runner

    I have been a member for 10 years at pogo, I have bought every cheat from badgehelp. Your service ( If you can still call it that) STINKS. You have been rude and uncaring to your customers. It was not like that couple years ago. Badgehelp has gone downhill, guess you should stick with facebook since you have so many great customers there now. And I agree, if your not going to fix the programs that dont work...GIVE MONEY BACK! This week pogo challenges I have had to do 2 myself cause yours dont work.

    THANK YOU Bob, Runner, Janey. I had begun to think I was the only one having trouble. I have praised MANY of the cheats from B/H and they can be read on the game and or past Blogs. My NEW computer supports all the cheats. It is the few that are not working that I am complaining about. NOT ALL!!! Most are FANTASTIC. But on the ones not working(and badge help has know on some for OVER a year) are the ones I am speaking of. We were promised updates in a few days and it has been over a year on several. I agree, we should be given our money back or a credit for future use on ones like Operation, diner dash, Trivia, Crosswords(british version has never worked). AGAIN, I am NOT complaining about ALL, Just the few we were promised updates on in a few days. And yes I agree you do treat us rude and VERY uncaring. A million downloads a month?? Right!! Pogo don't have that many members adding up all the months.

    Hey Oscar, I think that post was pretty arrogant, you may have 1 million downloads a month, but how many are people just updating autos, downloading, using, then redownloading, thus bypassing paying for auto?
    
    What percentage of those actually paid for an auto? I bet if you break down the percentages, we (150 club members & regular buyers) are the higher percentage.
    
    If you are even selling 50% of those on a 150 club basis of 5 bucks that's 2.5 million a month in sales. IF it was 10% (which I very much doubt) it is 500,000 a month in sales. Please...
    
    Let's be realistic, we are your base. We are the ones that pay the bills.
    
    And say I am wrong, you do those kind of numbers, you should have 20 people working for you 24/7 and be able to fix an auto in 20 minutes.

    I find it almost funny that you people are pissing about a "cheat" if you ae so dissatisfied and can't get what you want from BH take it up with your credit card company... dispute the charge..From my experience this will solve your "refund" issues and stop all the negative messages that take time to read and answer when Oscar could be putting his time to a better use ..might even give him the time to update and all... Just a thought.. Oscar you ROCK!! Peace
