Mcafee problems02 April 2010, 19:18:08 If your BadgeHelp programs are not loading up (your computer runs super slow or it crashes the computer) then please follow these instructions for disabling your antivirus. We recently noticed that McAfee in particular is causing the problems. You can set it to disable the antivirus for a specific amount of time (like 15 minutes). Just follow these instructions.

I had the same problem with Norton.If enough of you email Mcafee and tell them these programs and this site are safe,you've been using them for years,etc. they should review their "false positives" for BH and then add them to their safe list in their next update.That's what I did with Norton and now it's not an issue.It was worth an email to me instead of having to disable antivirus every time I logged on.

issue I thought it was my computer and kept running a scan and mcafee found nothing wrong- after reading your message i deleted mcafee and went with AVG and now everything is back to normal.
You can let your customers know that if they have Verizon Security Suite thats powered by McAfee, if they turn the security suite off, bring up the Agent, then turn the security suite back on , the Agent will run fine.
it does come on but when it loads i follow instructoins and the games fully loaded a visble but it comes up that it has not found the game window i do have macfe is and i also might think its my firewall i made it super strict is that a problem and i do not use it for badges just tokens (im not a club pogo member!)
